Job Description:

The Account Manager will be responsible for leading and managing El Dorado Broadcasters LLC’s customer relationship management program. This includes assisting with the development of new accounts, managing existing accounts, and assisting with the sales process from prospecting to closing an account. The Account Manager will also be responsible for managing El Dorado Broadcasters LLC’s manufacturing support services program, which includes the delivery of products to customers.

Essential Job Functions:
·Lead and manage the PMR Program for new customers
·Work with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention goals are met
·Work with the Sales Team to ensure the sales process from prospecting to closing an account is completed.
·Work with the Engineering Team to ensure product specifications are met for new customers
·Work with Engineering Team to ensure product specifications are met for new customers
·Maintain customer records in our ERP system (GSuite)
·Coordinate with Engineering Team on new product development and improvements on existing customers

Pay: $42,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
